Hello from the Dalton clan – five siblings, three spouses, two small humans (so far!), and the parents/grandparents.

Montgomery Collective was created by Larissa (hi!) as an outlet to document projects and renovations in their 1936 Cape Cod home in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC. After nearly two years of projects, photos, and notes in an actual notebook (more on that later), it was time for a single place to share.

When the next two siblings, Justin and Nathaniel, also purchased old homes with their families, this corner of the internet became ours. Join us as we share our collective stories of family, renovations, DIY projects, and the adventure that is owning 80–100-year-old homes.
